The training was great…..the hotel was great…..the goodie bags were great and just gave everyone a warm welcome and added touch. I did share that we are so happy and fortunate to partner with you. We had a scheduled dinner but several ate quickly at Fords and heading to the shopping 😊. The hotel was clean, the meeting room was perfect for us and the breakfast was more than we needed. I did appreciate being able to bring food in from locations near the hotel as well. Scheduling was not easy on our end so appreciated them being so flexible (Lori was great!!). Thank you again for all of your assistance and your patience.

The event was fantastic, thank you so much for the ongoing support of our METRO Indy competition. We had a huge turnout of coaches and judges so the snacks were greatly appreciated and added to the hospitality that we are able to provide. The [hotel] continues to be a great partner. I made follow-up calls to all major network affiliates in our market and spoke w assignment editors on Friday mid-morning.
Overall attendee feedback has been extremely positive. Perhaps the best INSHAPE ever. Our out-of-state visitors certainly felt the Hoosier Hospitality. The maps were great – more people took time to explore the area and enjoy dining out. Thank you for your support.
We absolutely LOVED our experience in Carmel! Many students and staff commented about how much they liked having the buses. We are actually thinking about coming back next year, even though our intention was not to come back to the Indy-area for a few years. We just had such a positive experience that it would be hard to NOT go back. Thank you again and thank you for sending the amazing gift bag to my room!
It was a spectacular event, and also one of those defining moments in the history of scholarly work on the American musical: I'm sure it will live long in our memories, and even in history by way of footnotes and acknowledgments to the important discoveries reported there for the first time.
